    Return & exchange service

We shall bear all financial risks and brand reputation risks on the premise of complying with the common trade practices of our own country and other countries.

    We will compensate for all losses caused by natural deterioration and damage of products during use due to non-human factors, as well as problems found in product unboxing videos. We also recommend all customers to record and share wonderful unboxing videos.

    To reiterate: If any quality problems occur with the sold products within one year after purchase, our store supports product replacement as well as return and refund services.

    Delivery Service

    Our delivery service covers a 3-day period after order placement and payment confirmation. Customers may choose their preferred logistics provider, or we will select a suitable one for delivery to your designated address or at a scheduled time. Any accidents occurring during delivery are covered by insurance, and the insurance fee is already included in the product price. You only need to provide your delivery address and contact information via the form.

    As for delivery time, the actual arrival time shall prevail for both local and third-party logistics across all countries.

    For orders with a payment amount exceeding 200 US dollars, we will waive part or all of the shipping fees.
