Product Care
Correct Daily Cleaning
1. Essential Tools
Only use the brand-matched microfiber lens cloth and alcohol-free special lens cleaning solution
❌ Prohibited items: paper towels, clothing hems, T-shirts, kitchen rags, lens cleaning wipes (alcohol contained will corrode coatings)
Standard Cleaning Procedures
- Rinse the lenses with running warm water to wash away sand and dust particles (dry wiping will scratch the coating directly).
- Drop 1 to 2 drops of special lens care solution, then gently rub both sides of the lenses, the nose pads of the frame and the hinge gaps of the temples with your fingertips.
- Rinse off all foam with clean water and shake off excess water gently.
- Blot up moisture in a single direction with a microfiber cloth; do not rub back and forth forcefully.
Daily Storage and Wearing Habits
Always store glasses in the case when not wearing them
Do not casually toss them at the bottom of bags, on desks or in pockets. Prevent lenses from being scratched or frames from being deformed by squeezing from keys and mobile phones; carry the original hard glasses case with you when going out.
Put on and take off glasses with both hands
Pulling temple arms with one hand will strain the hinges over time, resulting in asymmetrical frames that slip loosely. Hold both temple arms evenly to remove the glasses.
Wipe nose pads promptly after sweating
Sweat contains salt and grease. Long-term buildup will corrode metal nose pads and acetate frames. Wipe the skin-contact areas of the nose pads with a lens cloth after each daily wear.
Exclusive Maintenance for Different Eyeglasses Frame Materials
1. Acetate Sheet Eyeglass Frames
Avoid prolonged high temperatures: Do not place them on car dashboards or in bathrooms with hot steam. High heat will cause the sheet material to turn white, deform or crack.
Avoid contact with cosmetics, hairspray and perfume: Chemical solvents will erode the surface luster of the sheet material. Put on your glasses after applying makeup and spraying fragrance.
2. Titanium / Alloy Metal Eyeglass Frames
For people who sweat heavily: Rinse the metal parts of hinges and nose pads with clean water every week, then wipe dry to prevent oxidation and black discoloration as well as skin allergies.
Do not tighten loose screws by yourself when minor looseness occurs; go to physical stores for free adjustments.
3. TR / Silicone Lightweight Flexible Eyeglass Frames
Avoid contact with oily skincare products and cleansing oil. Grease seeping into material gaps will lead to yellowing and aging.
4. Polarized Lenses for Sunglasses
Polarized coatings are delicate. Never expose lenses to alcohol, acetone or disinfectant sprays. Damaged coatings cannot be repaired.
